On March 27, Haier Biomedical released its 2023 Sustainability Report (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"), disclosing the company's practices in the economic, environmental, social, and corporate governance responsibilities. Haier Biomedical recently delivered a large cryogenic storage system to support multiple myeloma research at the Botnar Institute for Musculoskeletal Sciences in Oxford. This institute is Europe's largest center for studying musculoskeletal conditions, boasting state-of-the-art facilities and a team of 350 staff and students. The cryogenic storage facility, a part of this infrastructure, attracted the Oxford Centre for Translational Myeloma Research, aiming to centralize its tissue samples.

Recently, the 38th Annual Biomedical Joint Academic Conference was held in Taiwan, which is a medical event jointly organized by nine domestic societies, and an annual large-scale academic seminar, attracting about 2,000 life science scholars and students from home and abroad. From March 4th to 7th, 2024, the major event focusing on global blood safety and the forefront of transfusion technology—the 11th AfSBT (African Society for Blood Transfusion) International Congress—was held in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. Prioritizing the investment of medical infrastructure to ensure the health and well-being of its residents, the Türkiye Ministry of Health has recently issued a tender notice for a national public health project to procure products including Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers, CO2 Incubators, and Autoclaves.
